Virtual Art in the Hollow
"A virtual preview of what is coming up!"
We won't be ready to do a full, in person festival at the normal time this year, but we we will be presenting a casual festival for people who are able to attend virtually on June 5, 2021. This virtual event will also function as a preview to our September event.
What it will look like. We will post a series of videos through Facebook and YouTube that will introduce the Art in the Hollow festival, tell people our September plans, and feature the works and processes of participating artists. We will also touch on the other vital elements of Art in the Hollow: nature, history and music, and preview the Solidarity Festival Weekend that Art in the Hollow will be part of this year.
You can participate if you'd like. We're inviting anyone who has participated in previous festivals to be part of the Virtual Event (or anyone who commits to the event in September). It will work best if you have a website or social media to link to from your video, so viewers have somewhere to go to see more of your work- or buy something, hopefully! What we need from you is a brief video (hopefully 5 minutes or less!) and all the contact info you would like to include on the site so visitors can learn more. Reply to this email with questions or to confirm that you'd like to be part of this. Even if you don't send a video, you can send contact info that we will make available to viewers. You can send your videos along with the email, or share them with [email protected] via Google Drive- just title them so we can figure out it's you!
