What is the size of a booth space?

Booth spaces are typically 10ft x 10ft with some additional wiggle room.

Do I need a Canopy / Tent?

While a tent or canopy is not required, it is highly recommended.  Canopies can help define your space as well as protect you from elements (like rain and shine).

Do I need to provide my own canopy, table or chairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you need to provide your own canopy, table(s), and chair(s).  The Art In The Hollow Team sometimes has an extra table or canopy to lend out to those who really need it, but we can not guarantee that we will have them available.

Is there electricity available?

Unfortunately no.  Art In The Hollow takes place down in Swede Hollow Park, which does not have any electrical power.

What does GA (General Admission) Mean?

Areas that offer General Admission Booth locations will not be assigned specific booth numbers, but booth locations will be doled out on a first come first basis on the morning of the event. If you are looking for an artist in a general admission area, you will need to go to that area of the park and look to find them.

Question 6

Help, I’m in Deep Canopy/Brewery Courtyard/Park Overlook) and I don’t see my booth Number?

These areas are General Admission Areas and are not assigned booth numbers.  In this low cost option, artists will be able to pick their booth based on previously demarcated sections that are not numbered.  This will be based on first come first serve.
