New In 2026.....

This year we are offering a new feature for artists this year. For a low price of $25 you will be able to purchase a quarter page ad in the Passport Event Guide. This is an opportunity to let patrons know about you, your booth and what you are selling. You'll be able to lead both people you know and new customers directly to you.

You have 2 options:

A.) Send us a fully finished ad at 4.25"H x 2.75"W as a .jpg or .png with all the information you would like to included.

B.) You can provide us with your Artist Name, Booth Location, Type of Work you sell (Optional) and 1 social media or website url (Optional). This will appear in plain text.

Important Details:

1/4 page Ad size is 4.25"H x 2.75"W and is in black and white.
Our designers will not be able to make any edits or adjustments to the text or designs you provide and will appear "As Is" in the Passport.
All submissions must be complete by the end of the day May 16, 2026.
There are only 16 Artist Ad Spots available in the Passport and will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.
The Art In The Hollow Planning Committe reserves the right to reject any ads that are deemed not appropriate for the event or the intended purpose of the advertisements. Refunds will be awarded to advertisements that are rejected.

If you submit this form without the file, it will default to using the information above to create a basic black and white text only advertisement. We will be unable to make edits or swap in/out images once the form is submitted.

Reminder: Whatever you submit will appear "As Is". Art In The Hollow will not be responsible for ensuring the quality of the image resolution or design. The AiTH Planning Committee reserves the right to reject any ad images that do not appear appropriate for the event or serve the intended purpose of advertisement.
